Digital Science has been successfully selected as one of ten finalists in the New England Publishing Collaboration Awards! The awards are designed to recognise and celebrate the companies, individuals and organisations who have collaborated most effectively within the publishing industry.

The finalists will be judged on four criteria: results, industry significance, depth of collaboration and the quality of their rapid-fire presentation. The three winners will be announced and celebrated at the awards presentation on October 21st, 2014 in Cambridge, MA. The awards presentation will also feature David Weinberger, co-author of The Cluetrain Manifesto, as the guest speaker. David is a writer well known for his unique insights into the impact of technology on business and society.

Timo Hannay, Managing Director of Digital Science, says,

“We are delighted to be finalists in the NEPCo Awards. To be recognised for collaboration is especially rewarding because it lies at the heart of what Digital Science is doing. We actively encourage and support our portfolio companies to connect with each other and to pursue the collaborative opportunities that arise from being part of Digital Science.”

We wish all the finalists the best of luck and we look forward to hearing the results on October 21st!
