Society for Scholarly Publishing 2024: 46th Annual Meeting

As always, the SSP community continues to focus on bringing together academics, funders, librarians, publishers, service providers, technologists, researchers and countless others with a communal interest and stake in disseminating scholarly information and we are delighted that the Digital Science Publisher team will be heading to Boston for the 46th SSP Annual Meeting.

As well as exhibiting, we will also be presenting an Industry Breakout session based on Writefull on Wednesday 29 May from 12-12.30pm (local time)

Industry Breakout Session Description:

Writefull provides a collection of AI-based tools that analyze submissions to help the author and publisher improve the quality and speed of publication.

Writefull Revise and Writefull’s Language technologies help authors and copy editors evaluate and quickly improve the language of manuscripts, before or after submission. These tools fit cleanly into workflows, making this a seamless process.

Writefull’s Manuscript Categorization API scores and categorizes manuscripts based on language quality, to triage submitted manuscripts, assign copyeditors, and more. Writefull also has a metadata extraction tool that can automatically populate key fields at submission, eliminating time and error potential.
