figshare ‘s Mark Hahnel and Digital Science’s Kaitlin Thaney were one of 17 accepted posters for the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Medical Research’s summer reception, entitled “How data saves lives:  unlocking the potential of research information”. The event was held at the House of Commons in Westminster, and was co-sponsored by the Association of Medical Research Charities, the Academy of Medical Sciences, Cancer Research UK, the Medical Research Council and the Wellcome Trust. The APGG on Medical Research are one of many special groups that exist of MPs and peers around specific issues. The full program, including information on all of the posters, can be found here.
