This year’s LIS-Bibliometrics Conference has the theme of “New tools and new technologies: bibliometrics in action for a new decade” and will be held online on 28 April and 5 May 2021. The programme includes keynote addresses from Ingrid Bauer from CESAER and the Vienna University of Technology and Ludo Waltman from the Centre for Science and Technology Studies at Leiden University.

Digital Science will also be presenting a lightning talk, Using Machine Learning to analyse research in the context of Sustainable Development, on Wednesday 28 April between 17:30-18:30 BST.
