Research Service Days 2022 (RSD 2022) brings together professionals working in research support, and this year is organized by the University of Oulu in collaboration with Oulu University of Applied Sciences.

The 2022 theme is Transformation, and they will be offering three tracks (responsibility, collaboration and future), along with a series of talks from sponsors.

Reporting Research from Income to Outcome
Digital Science presents an interconnected set of tools for research discovery, evaluation and funder reporting. In this session we navigate across over $2 trillion of grant funding, 129 million publications, the global patent literature and the over 200 million mentions of research that we have detected in online and social media. We move in one click from a European Commission grant to a Finnish university, to the resulting publications, and from there to the reportable online dissemination of those results. Lastly, the University of Jyväskylä will discuss how they have leveraged these data in order to build an advanced and unique head hunting tool to detect and attract valuable researchers to their institution.
